Patient Case History:

Received over 4 SI joint injections
Lumbar Rhizotomy (bilateral L4/L5, L5/S1 facets)
Previous spinal cord stimulator relieved leg pain but not SI joint pain
Persistent lower back pain, worse on the right, extending to buttocks and posterior thighs

Surgical Procedure:

Utilized light IV sedation with local anesthetic and epinephrine
Performed an SI joint injection under INTRA view before surgery (Fig. 1)
Placed INTRA X Allografts (Fig. 2)
Closed with DERMABOND^™ and protected with gauze and Tegaderm^™dressing
