Patient Case History:

Received over 4 SI joint injections
Lumbar Rhizotomy (bilateral L4/L5, L5/S1 facets)
Previous spinal cord stimulator relieved leg pain but not SI joint pain
Persistent lower back pain, worse on the right, extending to buttocks and posterior thighs

Surgical Procedure:

Utilized light IV sedation with local anesthetic with epinephrine
Two INTRA X Allografts placed in the intra-articular part of the right SI joint

Closed with DERMABOND™ and protected with gauze and Tegaderm™ dressing
