Surgical Treatment: 

Bilateral MIS SI joint fusion with iFuse TORQ® implants using a posteromedial to lateral technique augmenting existing S2AI stabilization.

  • X-ray looked good, no evidence of hardware complications
  • >75% pain improvement (VAS 10/10 to 2/10 bilateral) at 3-month follow-up
