What are some options to address SI joint problems?

There are several options to address SI joint problems. Some people respond to physical therapy  and exercises. Others require more interventional treatments including therapeutic injections. These procedures are often performed repetitively, and frequently symptom improvement using these therapies is temporary.

Once appropriate non-surgical options have been tried and do not provide relief, your surgeon may consider other options, including surgery.
